Shipping area

We currently ship within Australia. Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.

Free shipping

Orders of AUD 200 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Australia. Orders below AUD 200 require paid shipping. The final shipping cost is shown before payment.

Processing time

In-stock orders are usually packed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Tracking will be provided when available. Carrier delays can happen during busy periods, public holidays, bad weather or other events outside our control.

Pre-orders and split orders

If pre-orders are offered, dispatch dates are estimates and may change. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order until all items are available unless we arrange otherwise.

Lost, damaged or incorrect parcels
