Australian delivery rates
- Standard: AUD $9.95 for orders below $99.
- Free standard delivery for orders of AUD $99 or more after discounts.
- Express: AUD $15 where offered at checkout. Express is not included in the free-standard-shipping offer.
The free-shipping threshold uses the full value of the goods after discounts, not only the preorder deposit. Checkout shows your selected shipping charge and the amounts due today and later before payment. On deposit-only orders, shipping may be included with the later balance.
Processing and transit time
Allow 2 business days for packing and dispatch of in-stock, paid orders. For pre-orders, this processing period starts after stock arrives and the outstanding balance is paid. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
After dispatch, the checkout estimates for Australian delivery are 3-5 business days for Standard and 1-2 business days for Express. These are carrier transit estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and do not include the processing period. Remote areas and service disruptions may take longer. Express shipping does not bring forward a preorder release or arrival date.
Pre-orders and mixed orders
Check each product page for its estimated Australian arrival window. If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it may be held until all items are ready. Contact us before ordering if you need separate shipments; we will confirm any additional charge before arranging them. Tracking and delivery details
We will provide tracking when your parcel is dispatched. Please check your delivery address before paying. If you need to correct it, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Contact us if a parcel is lost, damaged or significantly delayed so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited by this policy.
Store collection
New-order store pickup is temporarily unavailable. For an existing collection order, contact us to confirm arrangements before travelling. Do not visit the former store address.
Delivery outside Australia
International delivery is available only where a destination and shipping service are offered at checkout. Contact us before ordering if your country is not available.
