• Random (1 Piece): One sealed blind box, selected at random. Character requests cannot be accepted or guaranteed.
• Full Box (6 Pieces): One manufacturer-packed display box containing six sealed blind boxes. This assortment has six standard designs and one secret design. A particular design, the secret design or a complete seven-design set is not guaranteed in one six-piece box.

Buying multiple Random (1 Piece) boxes does not guarantee different characters and duplicates may occur. Individual blind boxes are supplied sealed and their contents are not checked. Full boxes are supplied unopened and are not inspected by Sootang Hobby.

Blind-box returns: Any change-of-mind return must meet our published returns policy and the blind box must remain fully unopened with all seals intact. Opened blind boxes are not eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange because the contents have been revealed. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods are not affected.
