Before supplier lock-in: deposit refunded. After lock-in: only explained, unrecoverable costs may be deducted, capped at the item's 20% deposit.
If timing changes, we email the revised estimate and cancellation/refund options. If we cannot supply your item, all payments for it are refunded. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain.
