Random (1 Piece): One factory-sealed blind box selected at random. Character or design requests cannot be accepted or guaranteed.
Full Box (6 Pieces): One manufacturer-packed display box containing 6 sealed blind boxes. The full-box price is exactly the single price multiplied by 6.
Buying multiple random pieces may result in duplicates. A sealed full box does not guarantee every standard design or a secret design unless the manufacturer specifically states that it does. Full boxes are supplied unopened and are not inspected by Sootang Hobby.
Blind-box returns: Change-of-mind returns require every seal to remain intact. Opened blind boxes are not eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange because the contents have been revealed. Australian Consumer Law rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods are not affected.
