Buying multiple Random (1 Piece) boxes does not guarantee different designs and duplicates may occur. Individual blind boxes are supplied sealed and their contents are not checked. Full boxes are supplied unopened and are not inspected by Sootang Hobby.
Blind-box returns: Any change-of-mind return must meet our published returns policy and the blind box must remain fully unopened with all seals intact. Opened blind boxes are not eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange because the contents have been revealed.
